No Matter what the season - there is always something to do at Snowball
All about Snowball
“A truly fantastic  venue which has everything required to satisfy a young persons desire for adventure and the outdoors, whilst allowing organisers peace of mind” David Clayton - Scout Leader 1st Heworth.

Snowball Plantation is set in 17 acres of mature woodland, and offers a range of facilities, eight camping sites and two principal buildings. The site has a perimeter fence, and is surrounded by farmland. The Management Committee aim to provide a safe environment in which children can enjoy opportunities for constructive play, recreation, and education. The size of the site and the facilities it offers makes it suitable for a wide range of outdoor activities from full, week long camps through to evening meetings.

Snowball is widely used by Scouts, Guides, youth organisations, and a growing number of other users. Information for Non Scouting users.
